Specializing in Urban Research and Practice, Urban Planning, Post-Disaster Response and Urban Development, and Development Economics, Modern Urban Planning and Design, we invite you to further explore the value that each of the universities brings forward.
MU’s Student Blog
Welcome to Mundus Urbano’s official Medium page which is an initiative of current students in Darmstadt and hosts their opinion essays with reference to the coursework of Mundus Urbano. Students have the opportunity to work with academics and practitioners from all over the world through weekly modules. This includes an overall perspective on subjects such as Urban Safety, Participatory Planning, Service Design, Slum Upgrading and many more. For us as students these weekly modules can get quite intense! This platform can provide a time and space of processing this enormous amount of incoming information and invite conversation between the vast network of professionals, current and also future students of MU. Additionally, we find the professional and experiential background of each student in this programme an education in itself. We want to put all these thoughts into motion, as we are already agents of change in our own ways!
